President

Partner marketing wouldn’t exist without Marti Schiff. Her creativity and commitment to finding better solutions has bolstered and invigorated companies across the publishing world. At Time Inc., she spearheaded the Best Buy and Ticketmaster upsell programs. At Synapse, a Time Inc. subsidiary, she developed the Amazon Magazine Store and invented the tools that convert frequent flyer point to magazine subscriptions. Today, she leads the team of experienced professionals at Strategic Media and remains committed to reimagining what publishing can be. Beth Ifcher
VP, Business Development

Beth is what you get when you fuse more than 20 years of experience at top media companies with an innate desire to connect people to the content that engages them. As Vice President of Consumer Marketing for a variety of titles at Hearst Magazines, she guided Cosmopolitan, Marie Claire, Good Housekeeping, Harper’s Bazaar, Seventeen, and ELLE toward an increasingly targeted audience. She also spent 12 years at Disney Publishing and Disney Internet Group as Vice President of Marketing, where she launched Disney.com and its premium subscription service. Beth brings her expertise in consumer marketing to Strategic Media and directs all aspects of business development.

Pragya Thakur
Director, Planning & Fulfillment

Above all else, Pragya makes things happen. An expert in operations management, planning & analysis, and financial modeling & forecasting, she ensures the machinery powering our partnerships is running at peak condition. She also relishes her role as our strategic marketing guru, with a focus in social media. Prior to leading planning & fulfillment at Strategic Media, Pragya worked in circulation planning at North Jersey Media Group, Bonnier Corporation, American Express, Time Inc., Disney Publishing Worldwide, and Hallmark Magazine.

Sharon Gross
Account Manager

Sharon’s first and only objective at Strategic Media is to make every client satisfied not only with our work, but with our results. Sharon guides our clients through each step of the partner marketing process, from planning to implementation to completion, with an eye for detail and a knack for collaboration. Before bringing her skills to Strategic Media, Sharon was the Director of Account Management for both Marketing Dynamics and Synapse.
